Refundable Damages Deposit – £150.00

Using the tents – please ensure you aware of the following:
* Keep the doors clear of belongings.
* Do not smoke in the tent or doorway area.
* Please do not more beds between tents, this can cause damage to the beds.
* The tables and crates are not seats, please refrain from sitting on them.
* Please ensure muddy shoes/boots are removed before entering the tents.
* Please ensure doors are kept zipped shut in strong winds and rain.
* Please ensure all waste is removed on departure, chairs back in bags and hot water bottles empty (if supplied) and all items are back in the correct tent and that doors are FULLY zipped shut. Please also turn off all lighting on departure.

Damages
Damages are charged for any missing or damaged items, failure to remove waste and empty fire pit (if supplied and unless otherwise agreed), additional cleaning (spillages/food waste/excessive mud). Evidence of smoking in tents will result in the entire damages deposit being retained and any additional charges invoiced accordingly. Any charges would be advised to you and you have the opportunity to rectify any missing items or additional cleaning.

The Damages Deposit payment will not be taken from your account, but will be held unavailable to you for the duration of the booking, it may appear as a pending transaction on your account. The process is similar to a Hotel ‘Pre-authorisation’.
