Woody’s 7s 2025

Since 2017 the Bellows Glamping team have worked with Nick Woodland to provide our beautiful bell tents at his fantastic Rugby 7s festival.
The event is a feast of rugby with a great festival vibe. There are food stands, activities and a party in the evenings. Test yourselves against other teams during the day and make new friends in the evenings 🙂
Our tents offer you a hassle free camping experience – no need to pitch your own and when you are tired on the Monday morning after a fun weekend you don’t have to pack everything away!
Our Team Tent package gives you all you need for camping, but if you want a few extras our Luxury Package gives you extra items including blankets and towels, a power bank phone charger and more.

To start booking your team’s tents at Woody’s 7s 2025, please complete the contact form (please note that bookings must be made on behalf of clubs/teams by a representative of the club/team and not by individual attendees)
Once the contact form is received we will contact you to confirm details with an official quote. Once you are happy with the quote the booking/balance invoice and terms will be sent over.
The booking is secured with a 25% booking fee, with the balance due no later than 8 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is paid and terms and conditions signed (terms are sent via Adobe Sign)

Please note that bookings can only be made by or on behalf of teams. We cannot accept individual bookings from people.
In addition to the booking costs, there will also be a refundable damages deposit of £50.00 per tent due (capped at £750.00).
This is taken in the form of a pre-authorisation, whereby we send you a link to make the payment via credit/debit card, but the payment is not actually taken unless any damages charges are incurred. The preauthorisation can only be held for 7 days, so the link and instructions for this are set to you a few days before arrival.
The hold on the funds is then released within 3 working days following the event, subject to any missing item or damages charges incurred. Please see www.bellowsglamping.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/ for full details.
Arrival/Departure
Arrival will be from 17:00 on the Friday. Upon request you may be able to arrive earlier.
When you arrive a member of the Bellows Glamping team will aim to meet you and take you and your team to your tents. You will be given a guide of the tent and shown where all items are in the tent. The contents of the tent are your responsibility from the moment you arrive, so please take care with all items. If we are unable to meet you we will ensure you have arrival details.
Departure is by 12:00 noon on the Monday. The Bellows Glamping team will aim to be onsite from 09:30 on the Monday, so if you need to leave any earlier, please let us know. When you are ready to leave, please find a member of the team and they will come to your tents and check you out. They will check all items are in the tents and inspect for any damages and advise if additional cleaning is required. If any items are missing/damaged you will be advised at that point and what the charges will be, however we hope everything is fine! If we are unable to see you off then we will ensure you have departure details.
Notes
All tents will have a waste bin, all waste is to be removed upon departure.
Smoking is not allowed in the tents. If there is evidence that someone has been smoking in a tent then 100% of the damages deposit (for the whole booking) will be retained.
No pets are allowed in the tents.
The use of stoves inside the tents is prohibited, you risk Carbon Monoxide poisoning and it is a fire hazard.
Please note that this is a set up and hire service and after the tents are set up and signed for the Bellows Glamping and Events Ltd team will not be available to return to the site until Monday.
Bellows Glamping and Events Ltd are solely responsible for the set up and hire of the equipment listed, we are not responsible for the facilities or organisation of the event.
Amendments
Additional people, tents or items can be added after your initial booking, subject to availability.
Any additional charges need to be paid in full at the time of request and are excluded from any discounts that were offered when making your initial booking.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel, however please note that booking fees are non-refundable and apply per person/tent.
If cancellation is made less than 8 weeks before the booking date, a maximum of 75% of the total order value fee will also be retained, subject to us being able to re-sell the cancelled tents. If you fail to show up for your booking or cancel within 1 week of arrival, no refunds will be given.
