Book your bell tent accommodation for the Hilldrop Charity Shoot and Festival

Hilldrop Charity Shoot and Festival are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to stay in our beautiful, pre-pitched, fully furnished bell tents for their festival.

The tents are available set up for 2, 4 or 6 people (odd numbers are possible too!) and will be pitched ready for your arrival from 10am on Sunday 25th May 2025. The tents will be removed on Monday 26th May from approximately 11:00 – if you are still sleeping we’ll take down other tents first 🙂

Children: Please note that for children under 10 we do not supply a dressing gown (just too big!), but have a kids activity pack instead.
For under 3s we do not supply anything, but they are free of charge if you have your own travel cot/airbed safe for a small child.

* There are additional charges if guests would like all single beds (e.g. 3-4 person Comfort Tent with 4 singles is £275.00), when you select your bedding options the price will update automatically

To book your tent at the Hilldrop Charity Shoot and Festival , please select either the Luxury or Comfort Package below and pick your options for size and bed set-up

Once the booking is paid your tent is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as payment is received and also a copy invoice confirming the details again within 72 hours.

After booking you can make amendments, any changes are payable in full and subject to availability.

You have the right to cancel and refunds will be given, less booking fees incurred (5% of booking value).
If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the event, 50% of the fee will be retained. If you fail to show up or cancel within 3 working days of arrival, unfortunately no refunds will be given.

Please note that Bellows Glamping and Events Ltd are only supplying the tents and furnishings, we are not responsible for any other facilities on site. Any questions regarding facilities needs to be directed to the organisers at the Hilldrop Shoot and Festival.

The following are answers to some frequently asked questions:

Is there electricity in the tents?
There is no power provided in the tents, however in the Luxury Package you have a power bank phone charger available.

We have a baby, what do we need to book?
We have no provision for child safe air beds/travel cots. If your child is under three we do not provide anything, but you do not need to pay for them to stay (e.g. a couple with a two year old only need to book a 1-2 person tent, but will need their own bed/bedding for the child).

Are the tents waterproof?
Yes, all tents are fully water proof. If it is raining please ensure all doors are fully zipped up and all zipped vents are closed.

Can I bring my dog?
No, we cannot allow any pets to stay in the tents.

Can I transfer my booking to another person if I can’t make it?
Yes, you would need to provide contact details for the other person and they would need to confirm they were happy to transfer the booking and provide us with details requested.

Can I keep the dressing gowns in the Luxury Package?
No, all items are hired items and need to be left in the tents on departure. Any missing/damaged items will be charged to the happy couple and we are sure they don’t want to have to pay anything! Plus, they will know which tents any items were missing from…

Using the tents – we want you to have a great time, but there are few basic rules to follow:

  • Please take your shoes off when entering the tent, there is a mat outside each tent for you to do this on.
  • In wind and/or rain please ensure the doors are fully zipped shut. Leaving doors open in strong winds can cause damage to the tent and in the rain will allow water into the tent.
  • No smoking is allowed in the tent or doorway area. Evidence of smoking (smell, ash, burns etc) or drug use will result in damages charges.
  • No naked flames or cooking is to take place in the tent. This is both a fire risk and carbon monoxide risk.
  • No pets are allowed to stay in the tents
  • Do not remove items from the tent and/or transfer to other tents. Ensure on departure all items are back in their original tents.
  • Do not move beds between tents.
  • Only the number of people booked for your tent are allowed to stay in the tent (excluding small children under 3).
  • All waste is to be removed upon departure and every tent will have a waste bin with bin liner included. Failure to remove waste will result in charges to the happy couple.
  • Please ensure all internal lights are switched off and doors are fully zipped shut on departure.
