Helen, Simon and Edward are throwing a party at their house to celebrate Helen’s 40th Birthday.
We were the team behind the tent set up for Helen and Simon’s wedding and we are now setting up again for the party on Saturday 15th June for anyone who would like a tent.
The tents will be erected in one of the fields close to the house, and the party will be held outside, so it will be easy to put kids to bed early (and only a short stumble back to your bed at the end of the night!).
The tents are available set up for 2, 4 or 6 people (odd numbers are possible too!) and will be pitched ready for your arrival. The tents will be available for two nights, so if you wish to arrive and stay on the Friday night as well, you are very welcome to do so. The tents will be removed on Sunday 16th June from approximately 11:00 – if you are still sleeping we have promised we will take down other tents first 🙂

Children: Please note that for children under 10 we do not supply a dressing gown (just too big!), but have a kids activity pack instead.
For under 3s we do not supply anything, but they are free of charge if you have your own travel cot/airbed safe for a small child.
* There are additional charges if guests would like all single beds (e.g. 3-4 person Comfort Tent with 4 singles is £255.00), when you select your bedding options the price will update automatically
After booking you can make amendments, any changes are payable in full and subject to availability.
You have the right to cancel and refunds will be given, less booking fees incurred (5% of booking value).
If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the event, 50% of the fee will be retained. If you fail to show up or cancel within 3 working days of arrival, unfortunately no refunds will be given.
Please note that Bellows Glamping and Events Ltd are only supplying the tents and furnishings, we are not responsible for any other facilities on site. Any questions regarding facilities needs to be directed to Helen
FAQs
The following are answers to some frequently asked questions:
Is there electricity in the tents?
There is no power provided in the tents, however in the Luxury Package you have a power bank phone charger available.
We have a baby, what do we need to book?
We have no provision for child safe air beds/travel cots. If your child is under three we do not provide anything, but you do not need to pay for them to stay (e.g. a couple with a two year old only need to book a 1-2 person tent, but will need their own bed/bedding for the child).
Are the tents waterproof?
Yes, all tents are fully water proof. If it is raining please ensure all doors are fully zipped up and all zipped vents are closed.
Can I bring my dog?
No, we cannot allow any pets to stay in the tents.
Can I transfer my booking to another person if I can’t make it?
Yes, you would need to provide contact details for the other person and they would need to confirm they were happy to transfer the booking and provide us with details requested.
Can I keep the dressing gowns in the Luxury Package?
No, all items are hired items and need to be left in the tents on departure. Any missing/damaged items will be charged to the person who made the original booking and we are sure they don’t want to have to pay anything! Plus, they will know which tents any items were missing from…
